SQUASH COURT WOODEN SPORTS FLOORING (TEAK, MAPLE, HARD MAPLE, STEAM BEECH,OAK,ETC)

Vapor barrier of 0.8 mm to be placed on the base. ▪ Anti-termite treated floor wood runners of size 70 x 45 mm to be placed on the vapor barrier at 300mm centre to centre. ▪ Runners to be fixed on the bottom side with 10mm thick “Air-Cush” air cellcushioning Pads by staple through the two wings at 300mm centre to centre. ▪ Kiln seasoned and treated Maple wood floor boards from two rows oftongued and grooved staves of lengths, the lengths of floor boards will be 2 to 4 FT inlength except at the end of the each rows, app 2.5 to 3” width and thickness of 21mmthe gap B/W the wooden Flooring and the surrounding tiled area will be 6 to 8mm onall sides. The Floor boards will be applied with one coat of Polyurethane at the bottom. ▪ After installation the floor will be Machine Sanded with drum sander and finishedwith anti-skid polish ▪ Game line marking to be carried out in required color before applying the finish coat
